What to do in your Leisure Time.

Usually when people get bored, they sleep :-D I also do this regularly.
But in this case you'll be physically weak in a few weeks. Here are some tips you can do while in your leisure time.
1. You can read good books.
2. Try to spent some times with your family.
3. Do Meditation for a while to overcome your anxiety.
4. The above point is for specially when you are alone. Kindly stay away from your mobile or pc. :-D
5. Have some sleep for a very short term.
6. Researchers have proved its healthy to sleep sightly at noon.
7.Try to draw some sketches or painting. believe me its very interesting .
